Description of the placer gold washing plant.
After the whole plant is install, river sand is usually put into the hopper using an excavator or payloader, and then the sand is sent to the trommel screen. As the drum screen rotates, big particle sizes sand more than 8mm is screened out, small partical sizes sand less than 8mm is sent to the centrifugal gold centrifugal concentrator or vibrating gold sluice(40 mesh to 200 mesh gold concentrator is usually recommended). There is a gold sluice with gold blanket, which is used to recover the remaining gold in the concentrator.

Shaking table
After gold concenrtate is collected from the centrifugal concentrator and gold sluice blanket, it is usually placed on the shaking table to further improve the quality of the gold.
Mercury Amalgamation barrel or small ball mill.
The gold ore concentrate collected from the shaking table is put into the small ball mill, or what we call an mercury amalgamation barrel. Then it can mix with the mercury and form the gold-mercury mixture.
