10 To 50 Ton Per Hour Horizontal Shaft High Efficiency Fine Sand Making Crusher Machine
The impact fine crusher is a new high-efficiency sand making equipment, which were developed according to the feedback of our users referring to the working principles and advantages of various crushers. A typical use is to adapt to the current mechanism of sand industry and is substitute of rod-mill sand maker, impact sand maker, and straight processing sand maker. It is featured by the stable and reliable performance, simplified process, simple structure, easy maintenance, big producing capacity, and long service life of hammer, which is widely used for the fine crushing in granite, basalt, limestone, cobble, cement clinker, quartz stone, iron ore, and bauxite etc, and also used for producing the high quality building stones in the mechanism artificial sand making, high class of highway, railway, water conservancy, airport, building, cement, refractories, and metallurgical industries.
Working principle
When the Impact Crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers. When the materials are fed into the crushing cavity, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are crashed against the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for being re-crushed. The materials from large to small all to be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly. The process won't stop till the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet of the Impact Crusher.
