The structure of gold wet pan mill is very simple, the main parts of the wet pan mill machine include motor, steel frame, transmission shaft, speed reducer, water basin and roller and ring.
Among all the component, the most important are the speed reducer, transmission shaft and roller and ring. Now let us show you the details of these important parts.
1. Speed reducer.
The function of the speed reducer is to reduce the rotation speed of the double rollers into 15 to 16 RPM per minutes through the mutual function of the small and big gear inside the reducer casting iron box. The small gear and big gear of the reducer are made of high precison casting alloy, which ensures the longer life of the gears and stable performance of the gearbox. Also the bearing inside the gearbox is China famous brand ZWZ, making sure it can stand the high pressure from the rollers. Besides, the speed reducer also has 6 grease hole, which is much convenient for the users to add grease into it, usually the grease should fill three quarter of the reducer box, and the grease type can be engine oil.
2. Transmission shaft.
Wet pan mill transmission shaft comprises of two types, 1200 type and 1100 type. The 1200 type is composed of more parts than the 1100 type. The following is the pictures of the two type transmission shaft.
3.Roller and ring.
They are the main components to grind the stone into powder, so the material of roller and ring and the foundry technic is essentially important to ensure they have long lasting lift. In the market, there are two type of materials for the roller and ring. The most common one is casting iron, which has lower cost but its service lift is not so persistent and it is easier the holes will arise on the roller and ring. The other one is manganese roller and ring, in which 3% manganese is added,which make it harder and longer service lift.
4.Water Basin thickness.
The water basin thickness relates to the stable performance of the wet pan mill. If the basin is too thin, it will shake when the pan mill is working. So suitable basin thickness is necessary. Usually 5mm thickness is enough to prevent the shaking. In the market, some suppliers make the basin 3mm, which cause some problems in using.
