1500 model wet pan grinding mill gold concentrators sent to Zimbabwe
At the end of year 2019, our old Zimbabwe customer contacted us and expressed the willingness of setting up a gold processing plant in Zimbabwe. After discussion with the customer, our engineer team suggestted the customer to adopt gold gravity separation method to select the gold, which is the most popular and economical way in Zimbabwe. After final thinking, the customer happily adopt our suggestion.
The working flow chart of the gold plant is: Primary gold ore is put in the jaw crusher and crushed into less than 20mm particels, then they are fed into the 1500 gold wet pan mill by belt conveyor or labor. The wet pan mill will grind the stone into about 100 mesh powder. Then the mixture of powder and water will be fed into the concentrators. The free gold or gold particles will be collected in the concentrators and tailings from the concentrators will be collected for further processing with cyanide chemical by VAT leaching, pond leaching or CIL (Carbon in Leaching) method. The gold concentrate from the concentrator will be put in the almalgamation barrel and mixed with the mercury to get the mixture. Then it will be put in the electric melting furnace to heat and get pure gold bar.
The final gold processing plant solution for the customer is:
1. Crushing (jaw crusher PE250x400)
2. Grinding ( wet pan mill 1500 model)
3. Gravity separation ( Centrifugal concentrator STLB 60)
4. Almagamation ( ball mill 600x800).
