Knelson gold centrfugal concentrator Operating Manuel
1. Use small water pump (flow 10m³/h, lift 20-30m) and plastic tube to connect the water input hole in the big water tank, and open the pressure valve to let the water into the concentrator through the plastic tube.
2. The water will go into the small water tank, then open the valve in the following picture into maximum.
3. After connecting all the parts well, firstly switch on the water pump, then switch on the concentrator. Then put the slurry into the concentrator through the input mouth.(The mixture rate of the slurry should be 2/3 water and 1/3 powder in the mixer tank, then bring to the concentrator through tube smoothly)
4. After 2 or 3 hours, switch off the water pump and concentrator, and open the concentrator and pour off the gold concentrate from the inner groove of the concentrator.
